Refund Policy

At Salha Ply, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our plywood and laminate products. We strive to ensure that every order meets your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with our refund and cancellation process.

1. Returns & Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Damaged/Defective Items: If the product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Incorrect Items: If you received a product different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong thickness, finish, or dimensions).
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Custom Cuts

Plywood or laminates cut to specific custom sizes requested by the customer.

Used Material

Any material that has been installed, glued, painted, or altered in any way.

Clearance Sale

Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased from the clearance section.

*Natural variations in wood grain or slight color differences in laminates are inherent to the material and are not considered defects.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Orders that have already been processed or dispatched cannot be cancelled. For custom bulk orders, a cancellation fee of 20% may apply if materials have already been allocated.
